The white hamster is very small and covered in a coat of white fur that keeps it insulated in the arctic climate. The hamster has a fluffy tail roughly as long as its body, and an ovoid head with small, pointed ears.
These little creatures seem most connected to real life hamsters. Hamsters are small, four-legged, omnivorous rodents that are often kept as pets. Though most do not have visible tails, some varieties, such as the Chinese Dwarf, do.
