This Waterfall Pond, located on the northern outskirts of the desert, is a delight for travelers who have spent many days in the Si Wong Desert. This pond is also quite close to Serpent's Pass.
The Waterfall Pond is a fresh water pond that has a large, tiered cliff on one side where a waterfall dumps into the pond. It has ample fresh water for drinking and even for bathing. There are also high tiers that can be used as diving boards to jump into the water, making this location an ideal location for rest and relaxation. Aang and Katara practice Waterbending here in the episode "The Serpent's Pass".
