Omashu Rocks here for another installment of FRS:The Omashu Scoop! Today's fanon isby .
Authors' Plot: "All this, all that you see around you, is part of the Spirit World. This realm was ruled by two individuals known as the Celestials. They governed the unborn souls of men and the great spirits that called this realm home. They designed a plan that men might better themselves, and they set to work designing a world in which they could learn. While designing the world for their plan, they came to some disagreements on the design of the world. One favored knowledge, the other power. Eventually the two could come to no agreement. They decided the only way to settle the dispute was to create two separate worlds. One created Earth, your world; the other Liheane, my world.
Plot/Storyline: Alone is one of the only, if not the only fanon that takes place in modern times, and it even includes real places, people, and events, including 9/11. That, my wikians, makes for a great story. 9.5
Creativity: The way Millennia2 takes the modern world and "Avatars" it is evidence of his immense creativity. Plot line aside, not each chapter is uber creative, but there's nothing to complain about. 9.4
Action: Action was depicted nicely, and although not every chapter had huge fight scenes you see in some fanons, there was certainly a ton of suspense to make up for it. 9.4
Interest Level: 9.4
Character Development: The most talked-about character from Alone is Leah Sanchez, and for good reason. I found myself caring for Leah more than I usually do. The main antagonist, who simply goes by "The Leader" is another praised character. 9.4
Believability: You guys know what's up, no fanon is super-believable. 9.3
General Writing: Are there authors who use more advanced vocabulary or paint a beautiful picture in your mind? Sure, but Millennia2's pacing and general writing style is brilliant and will keep you on the edge of your seat. 9.4
Average Score: 9.4
Note: All Scores Are Out Of Ten
What Millenia2 does right:
As a reader, I genuinely wanted to know what happened next, and I couldn't have been more anxious to plow through every released chapter. There's just something about it that's hard to describe… This fanon is addicting.
What Millenia2 could improve on:
Releasing another chapter is really the best thing Mill could do right now. The most recent chapter was published on July 2, 2011.
Who does Alone appeal to? A better question is 'Who Doesn't It Appeal To?' The answer is simple: people who don't want to stay up late at night reading because they can't stop.
