Hey there, here, reviewing by on behalf of the Fanon Review Squad.
This is another different review, seeing as Seasons is something poetic as opposed to a narrative. Once again, I must stress that I am no poet, so this review will only cover what I actually felt about the piece.
First off, let me say that this piece of poetic prose is emotionally driven. This is a good thing, mainly because the emotions and feelings of these two unnamed characters feel real even though we only get a few paragraphs from them. Secondly, dear goodness, this is one heavy piece, but it feels that way because Fruipit has allowed the reader to get attached to these nameless characters. To her credit, this is to writing what the first ten minutes of “Up” were to film, compelling characters and story with nary a spoken word.
Final Verdict – 10.0: This fanon is yet another example of Fruipit’s ability to be poetic in her writing. Fruipit, this is your strong suit. Excellent job!
