Ship of the Week: Linzin
I don't think I got any suggestions last week so I went with Linzin. I'm pretty sure that it's been requested before and I haven't written about a ship involving Tenzin yet so I went with it.
The Linzin ship used to be canon yet we never actually got to see it as canon since it started and ended before the series even started. Fans shipped them together before the series even started because they liked the idea of Aang and Toph's children being together and perhaps some thought that it would be like the Taang ship. I did not get any suggestions last week so I went with Waava since I'm pretty sure that was suggested at some point in the past. I'm feeling lazy today so I'm sorry if today's post isn't as good as the others. As always, please feel free to suggest ships for next week.
Wan and Raava did not get off to a good start because Vaatu tricked Wan into interfering with their battle. Ship of the Week: The Doph
Wow, is it Saturday already? I feel like I just posted my last ship. Anyway, some requested Tokka or something similar, and since I've already done Tokka, I decided to go with The Doph instead.
This ship seemed to develop throughout Book Three. The Duke seemed to always have a great admiration for Toph whenever they were around each other. He acted as a seeing-eye for here when she was defending the ship from the Fire Nation. He was also sweet enough to let her barf in his helmet when she was sea-sick. But one of the cutest moments was at the end when the Duke hugged which took her by surprise and then when Pipsqueak held both of them. Bryke also laughed about shipping them together in the commentary.

Ship of the Week: P'heer
I didn't get any suggestions for last week so I went with P'heer. After all, I've recently learned that I should write about the ships I want without worrying about others complaining. I'm still open to suggestions though as I sometimes cannot decide what to write about next.
While this ship is definitely canon and long-term, we didn't get to see much development of it because they were already together by the start of the series. Still, it has quite amount of popularity and for a reason. It is canon. But it is one of the only versions of "evil love" or at least "villain love" in the Avatar universe. For this week, I decided to write about Bolinger which is the ship between Bolin and Ginger. I believe that somebody requested this last week. As usual, let me know what you would like to see next.
Bolin and Ginger got to know each other through their acting careers while working for Varrick. Bolin quickly developed a crush on Ginger while they were playing each others' love interests in the mover series The Adventures of Nuktuk: Hero of the South.
