Ok, this has absoulutely nothing to do with Avatar, but it does have quite a bit to do with Choices, so bear with me.
As most of you probably don't know, Monsters of Men, the third book in the Chaos Walking series, came out yesterday. I HAVE TO READ IT, for two reasons.
- I can't finish Faithless until I do! That's how much this has been nagging me.
And the biggest reason and one that's pushing me closer to the edge is...
- 2. What if Todd/Viola dies? I'm sorry, but I honestly wouldn't feel comfortable writing about characters who die in their actual story.
- 3. Plus, this whole story is almost ruining the books for me. I'll still write it, but I'm insanely scared that I'm screwing the charcters up or the message of the book. I can say honestly that Chaos Walking is possibly one of the greatest and most creative stories I've ever read, and I've read a lot of books. I don't want to slander it!
Once I read Monsters of Men, I swear I'll get back to you, but for now, I'm going to see if I can walk to Barnes and Nobles from my house...
*walks blindly outside with no shoes on twitching and muttering to self*
*update* Oh thank God...
Just finished Monsters of Men, and while the final plot twist almost made me cry (kidding), it was still the BEST BOOK EVAH! So now I will be working double time on Faithless. Happy readings! Evatar114 02:07, October 7, 2010 (UTC)
