Death by Bloodbending

I understand that in The Last Airbender, Katara or Hama couldn't kill with bloodbending because of the plot as well as censors, but they could have at least given us the satisfaction of Yakone or Amon killing someone with bloodbending like the scene where Amon had the Lieutenant in a bloodbend bind while his hand looked like it was crushing his organs. Sure a little blood coming out of his mouth would be extreme, but at least they could have shown his death somehow.
