"There is a new community message from the admins"

I come onto the site and that annoying little message pops up in the lower right hand corner. Every. Time. I. Load. A. Page. I go the the community message page in the link and, today for example, the latest admin post was the 11th about voting for the Standards Council membership. It's driving me nuts. What does it take to keep the wiki from being so "helpful?" DesertDog (wall)
