With the (possible) impending release of Book Two's air date and sneak peaks, I was wondering about what the general mindset is regarding teasers. Are you the type of person who digs deep into every scrap of released information, or do you avoid new info like the plague?
I've been trying to stay dark on all things LoK book two. Imagine knowing everything about Toph before seeing her in the swamp. She would no longer be a mystery, but that girl you've seen concept art of, back story teases/leaks, voice actor info, etc. Where's the fun in that?
I don't even think I'm going to watch a trailer. I'm already disappointed that I know exactly what the spirits look like along with all of the new characters. It couldn't be helped, there's fan art of them everywhere I look. I stumbled into Korra completely blind by some small miracle. I didn't even know they were making another Avatar series until the first episode released. That was an exciting day. Basically, I don't want to think "Oh, this is that fight scene in the trailer." or "Yep, that's Varrick, I know him." as I watch the show for the first time. It pulls me right out of the moment.
But, that's my opinion. What's yours? Considering this is a wiki dedicated to updating with fresh information, I know plenty of you are stoked to see new info.
