My family and I are Christians and my mom believes (she probably doesn't remember what it is now) that Avatar was teaching that we ourselves can bend and have "mental" power or something like that and she forbid me to watch the awesome show. I secretly watched it until 2007 and I loved it all the way through.

I started watching Avatar when I was 8 years old.
There I was, in the heat of the moment, gradually developing a fervent love for Avatar. Then, mom walks in. I explain the show after watching it about 10 times now... and she sees the opening theme with Katara explaining the whole concept of bending and all... and of course... she just has to butt in with the whole "Only God can do that, we shouldn't watch that." crap. Hey guys! I'm off to a rough start with my sophomore year... I am back! (to all those who know me... Anyway, I won't be posting or editing the wiki very much... but I love you all, even if I don't know you!!!! Hahahahaha...
Yeah well... truth is I thought about the wiki when I signed up for the school newspaper at my school. I was thinking, "Huh... This reminds me of a newsletter I did for a wiki... AVATAR WIKI!!!!!" I most of all missed that job. I can see it has plenty of help right now, but yes... I missed it.
I missed reverting bad edits and making small ones, I missed reading fanons and interesting forums, but most of all, I missed y'all.  ; )

Thanks for all the faithful people who remained here on the wiki, else I wouldn't know ANYONE! Hah…

My mom and I were going to walmart in june and the light turned green but this idiot decides to run a red light and slams into our car and another dudes. I broke my arm, and 4 of my fingers. I just got out of the hospital 2 days ago! :D i wont be able to type as fast. :( 1 handed... sorry. I copied that from Irc to save typing. :D
