Heyo, everybody. Agent Slash a.k.a. Suki Fanboy with some sad news. I have decided to leave the Avatar Wiki. My reasons being that this place isn't what it used to be. There are still a lot of great users who try to make the community a better place, but there are also many people here who only contribute to this site in a negative way. Now, I'm not going to name names, but there are quite a few of you who are registered and quite a few of you who are not. There is too much debating as opposed to the old days when everyone just edited, had friendly IRC discussions, and commented on each other's fanons. But now, editing is lower and is mostly replaced with social interactions on message walls, the IRC is almost always empty, and fanons including my own don't seem to be thriving very much at the moment. I have been debating for some time whether or not I should stay and continue to hope that things will get better, but alas, I think the time has come to face the facts.

I would like to say a few things to several users here:

Omashu Rocks: I will still see you around on Conservative Wiki, but in regards to this site, you are undoubtedly one of my very best friends on here. Whether it was a discussion about each other's fanons or our conservative political discussions or just anything in general, you have always been a great friend. I am sorry to have to leave in the middle of Fate's Cold Hands, but I have confidence that you will do a great job flying solo. Take care, my friend.

Ultimate: Ultimate, I owe you many thanks. You were the very first person to welcome me into the community. I had no friends on this site until you outstretched your arms and welcomed me here. You were such a great friend and I really apprecite all of the times you gave me great advice. Whether it was how to deal with jerks at school or to keep writing fanons whenever I thought I should quit, your advice always helped me. Thank you, my friend and take care.

LHD123: I don't know if you're still out there, LHD, but you were also a great friend to me. I miss our conversations about random things, and it was always a pleasure talking to you. I hope you are doing well wherever you are out there. Take care, my friend.

Firebender896: FB, I am going to miss you as well. You were more than just an illustrator and a loyal fanon subscriber, you were a great friend to me. I always enjoyed talking to you very much, and the very first IRC conversation we had is still one of my favorites. Take care, my friend.

PreservationsWings: Wings, you were a great friend to me as well. We had many fun chats and you were always fun to talk to. I still remember when we donned the personas of Zombie Slash and Zombie Wings, duking out and me eventually swearing revenge, which hasn't yet happened. You are a good-hearted user and I wish you good luck with the Hunter's Gem. Take care, my friend.

Mysti: Mysti, you are not only a great, dedicated user, you are also a great friend. I often enjoyed our little (or not so little) IRC chats, and I was happy I could make you laugh with my corny puns and jokes. You are a very kind-hearted user and I'll miss you. Take care, my friend.

Annawan: You were always a good friend to me, Annawan. You were a nice person to talk to and a good user. I'll miss you as well. Take care, my friend.

RuleroftheBisons97: You were a good friend as well. You are a nice guy, a good author, and you are one of my most loyal subscribers, all of which I thank you for. I'm glad I inspired you to write a fanon of your own and hope you succeed. Take care, my friend.

Gods: You were a great friend to me as well, Gods. I'll miss our frequent chats on IRC or on each other's message walls. You are a great user who has accompished quite a few things. Take care, my friend.

KFB: You were a pretty great friend to me as well. We don't speak as often as we do with others, but when we do, it is always a pleasure. I'll miss our little random IRC conversations. Keep up the good work as an admin. Take care, my friend.

Blueflame1: Thank you for always having something to say on the IRC. You were always fun to talk to, and I hope you don't have to wait much longer for Transformers Prime season 3. Take care, my friend.

Girlygurl97: You were a great friend to me as well. You were great to talk to and one of the few Mario fans on this site that I knew. I also want to thank you for partially giving me the idea to write Suki's Story. Take care, my friend.

Omar: I know it will be a while before you read this, considering you're still blocked, but you were a good friend of mine once, so I only feel it is necessary to try to persaude you to let go of your grudge against this site for good. I don't know if that will happen, but that is one of my final wishes.

The Vortex Team: To ARG, Minnichi, Suzon, BlackMonkey, Mage, and Wordbender, even though I don't speak with most of you very often outside of the Vortex meetings, you are all still great users and I would like to thank you for staying that way and always contributing to this site in a positive manner. I am sorry to have to do this so soon, but fear not. Although I am leaving, I will write chapter 5 of Vortex and send it to you as my last act here.

Perhaps I'll come back again some day and rejoin this site; who knows? But for now, I feel it's best I leave. I may pop back up on the IRC every so often, but not very often. In conclusion, I leave you with this. Why would I leave this link, you ask? Well, because this song speaks to me and I feel it is something I want to share with you.

I wish everyone happiness on this site and during the second season of Legend of Korra. Goodbye, my friends.
