Been here for a year! Woohoo!
Hey guys! I'm The Bronze Eagle. I've been following Avatar Wiki for months before I joined. My first edit was on Aang's page.
P.S.: I just found out that there is a character called the Bronze Eagle in the movie Up Up and Away. i had no idea. I thought I made the name up. I suddenly thought of the name for myself on Avatar Wiki when I went into the bathroom about a week before I joined.
I'm really happy I joined, you have no idea how much I wanted to. It made my day when I created this account. ;)
So, some things about Avatar, Avatar Wiki, and myself:
Shippings: Firstly, please don't bash me for these opinions. They are OPINIONS ONLY. Even though I'm right. Just kidding. You will find that I only use names such as Zutara, or Kataang when I think it doesn't sound horrible.
Zutara- my number one, complete favorite ship ever. I think they look great (though it doesn't matter much), and have great chemistry together. I wish they got together in the end. I explained my opinion of them in detail in Vulmen 's shipping wars blog. My favorite fanfic about them is on Fanfiction.com by Mistress of Sarcasm. Even for people who dislike Zuko + Katara, the stories she wrote are brilliantly done and worth reading.
Kataang- As you could probably tell, I don't support this ship. I think they are much better as friends, not as a couple. I just can't imagine them married, although I don't care if other people support this ship. I don't like the name Kataang because it also has Taang in it, the name of the Toph + Aang ship. Please don't hate me for my opinions. My sister supports Aang and Katara, and no, we don't hate each other. Usually.
Suki + Sokka- I think they are really good together and perfect for each other. There isn't much else to say about them. I don't like the name Sukka because it sounds strange.
Toph + Aang- I think it might be able to work, but only once both of them mature and are both about 17. Taang sounds like a kind of citrus fruit, you know, the new taangerine or something, so I prefer not to use it.
Jetara- I think it would work for a short period of time, but not forever. Either way, I think it would be nice for a while.
Maiko- I want Zuko with Katara, so I don't support this. However, depending on what day it is or what mood I am in, I can see it work or not work. I also explained this on Vulmen's blog.
Yue + Sokka- Cute while it lasted, I like Suki better. Yukka sounds like a cool word or slang for saying you need to go the bathroom. You know, I need to make a Yukka or something. Either that or it sounds like someone barfing. I can't decide.
Favorite Characters: I have a lot. My top few are Toph (completely awesome), Azula (totally amazing, before she went insane), and Iroh (Mako's version, because he was funnier. Rest in peace, Mako.).
Toph- She's just so cool. And she is the greatest Earthbender in the world. The greatest Earthbender in the world. One day, that will be me!
Azula- Wow. Just wow. She's the best Firebender, no question about it. She also has the best quotes.
Iroh- Tea loving uncle. Great mind, great quotes. Wish I could have tea with him.
Sokka- Hilarious big brother. Great boomerang and joke skills.
Zuko- Best character development. After he got rid of the ponytail and we knew his story, he got awesome.
Aang- He's the avatar, who doesn't like him?
Momo- Do I really need to explain why I love him?
Katara- Master Waterbender and an amazing person.
