Um, howdy. I'm player2start (or Player2start, not sure why it got capitalized). I'm not really all that interesting, sooo...yeah.
I'm pretty new here, so I'm still trying to figure out the ropes. Though I loved the original series, I'll likely be working mostly on Legend of Korra entries.
...And apparently I now write stuff.

TV Tropes There are pages for both The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra, and I highly recommend checking them out. If you haven't been to TV Tropes before, it's something like a wiki, but more informal and subjective. The focus is on a wide variety of traits common to all forms of writing and media. Plot devices, characterization, setting, themes, writing techniques, there is an unbelievable amount of all sorts of "tropes", and a large collection of examples, including pages dedicated to certain books, shows, movies, etcetera. Again, I recommend checking it out. Not only is it incredibly interesting, it's also a very helpful tool, especially for aspiring writers and such.
Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary I'm a bit picky when it comes to spelling, or at least when it comes to my spelling. I've found Merriam-Webster's online dictionary to be very helpful with that, as it does something like a spell check for you if you enter the word incorrectly. You can also use www.m-w.com if you're typing in the address, it's nice and quick. If I do make a spelling or other mistake, feel free to correct me.

As I said in my info box, I'm rather verbose. I most sincerely do apologize if it borders on sesquipedalian loquaciousness. 'Course, I don't always talk so pretty-like. It depends on the topic and my mood. Also, I only use big words that I know. I have a somewhat extensive vocabulary, but I don't typically use words just to make myself seem more smarter.
I also try to be as correct in my wording as possible, and try to "say what I mean" as well as "mean what I say," which is not the same thing at all. (Bonus points if you get the reference.)
I'm usually rather sincere in what I say. When I'm being sarcastic, I hope it comes across as obvious. In any case, no matter what I'm saying, I don't mean to cause anyone any offense. I'm a very nice person, honestly.
I think that about covers things for now.
