I'm a grad student in the sciences, proud nerd, and fan of ATLA and LoK.

I never got into ATLA back in the day because I fell into that all-too familiar "it's a kid show" trap. Fast forward 4 years and I finished the first season of Korra, fell in love with the universe, and burned through the original series in about 3 weeks, one of which was spent in the mountains without internet.

When I'm not watching reruns of ATLA or LoK, I'm cooking, studying, working on my research, or learning a new language (currently tackling Spanish and refining my Mandarin).

Hopefully there'll be more to say as time goes on. For now, I'm just waiting to find out the release date for LoK Book 2.
