This earthbending member of the Triple Threat Triad, along with Two Toed Ping and a waterbender, ran a protection racket in the downtown area of Republic City.
This Triple Threat Triad mobster, along with Two Toed Ping and a waterbender, drove up to a phonograph shop on the day that AvatarKorra had arrived in Republic City. Upon their arrival at the shop, the earthbender, along with the other mobsters exited their Satomobile and began to threaten the shop's owner.
After a few minutes of watching the mobsters intimidate the old man, Avatar Korra intervened, causing the Triple Threat Triad members to burst out laughing. The waterbender then told Korra that she was in Triple Threat Triad territory, and that they were about to put her in the hospital. The young Avatar quickly retaliated, telling them that they were the ones that would need a hospital. The waterbender attacked, but was easily knocked unconscious by Korra. The earthbender was second to attack the Avatar, with Korra countering his oncoming attack by using her own earthbending to launch him into the air. As the earthbender was falling back down after being launched into the air, he bounced off of a metal cable, hit a hanging sign, and landed on the ground.
A few moments later, after Korra had thrown Two Toed Ping through a nearby shop's window, the waterbending mobster, along with the earthbender, signaled for Two Toed Ping to get into the Satomobile so they could escape the scene. As the vehicle was driving by the shop, the earthbender launched Two Toed Ping into the Satomobile by bending the earth beneath the firebender's feet. As they attempted to drive away, however, Korra earthbent part of the road, and caused the Satomobile to crash into another shop. A few moments later, the Metalbending Police Force arrived on the scene and arrested the three mobsters.[1]
