I thought the forum proposal from before was only to allow quotes on episode pages, not just any page.

  Yep, you're right. But I was not refering to that forum, but the Manual of Style: "Quotes may be added to any page. Quote boxes should only be used once at the top of the page. Quotes for battle pages should be the color of the instigator of the overarching conflict."

  That's why I was confused. I assumed from the fact the forum had been created that quotes were allowed on certain pages only. C'est la vie.
  Also, I don't mean to be pushy, but when will the membership requests for joining the Fire Sages be sorted. It doesn't seem anyone else besides you and Annawan has left a comment.
