  • i don't know if the next Avatar would be able to commune with Roku or not, but maybe Korra should try to restore the connections to her past lives like Aang did at some point, so the next Avatar should be able to connect to even Aang.

    The odds of coming back may be suicidal at first.

    • Well it's different for Korra in that Raava was actually destroyed, meaning the connection may be impossible to restore. Aang was critically injured, leading to the Avatar Spirit nearly falling from the plane of existence, but he was brought back in time.

    • maybe by doing a little space-time continuum meddling, the next Avatar would definitely have hope of communing with Aang.

      even if Raava is revived, Korra wouldn't be able to communicate with all the past Avatars no more, for all time?

    • Nothing the next Avatar does in the past in order connect to Roku's past life will cause Republic City to collapse, galaxies to explode or alliances to break. Beyond that, said Avatar would not be that important.
