Even as a great T.V show chances are theres something in the storyline you dislike, such as Toph dying before events of LOK or wishing Zuko did not betray Katara in the crossroads of destiny. What things do you wish were different?

Zuko does face some opposition to his rule in the comics, but nothing all that big.
And I disliked the ending of both the seasons of LoK. The story was perfect and mostly logical up until some dues ex machina stuff happens at the end and everything ends abruptly.Â
ALTA was sort of like that though at the ending
In LoK, Korra found a way to defeat the antagonist at the last minute, like recovering Raava from Vaatu or being granted airbending suddenly when all other bending abilities were lost
In ALTA, Aang refused to kill Ozai, even though Ozai was threatening to burn down the entire world. At the last minute, Aang encountered an Lion Turtle which granted his way of defeating the Antagonist

korra and Aang found a way to defeat the main villains At the last minute. what a waste of time thinking of a plan. I will think of a plan to beat the villains instead of waiting At the last minute and to come up with something.
the korra finales admittedly have been a bit... lacking. i see nothing wrong with atla though, amazing show all around.
just want to clarify, when i said "change one thing? honestly?" I didn't mean that i wanted to pick more than one thing, but that the thing i would change is my honest choice.
Agree with most everything on here.Â
Legend of Korra's ending be more fluid. I know that they didn't know at the time if they could continue production, but rather than end it there, leave a more open ending in case they could continue.
For example, Korra could have gone through most of season 2, without having her bending restored which leaves her restricted to airbending, and everyone else who was bloodbent could have to adjust to life as a nonbender. I think that would have made more of a perspective and have a greater meaning to the aftermath of Amon's equalist revolution as people struggle without bending, like Lin.
(Someone did a fanon like this, but I lost the link to the page.)
if i had to change some things up a bit i would've added in more book 2 character devlopment for the characters SERIOUSILY LACKING (Desna, Zhu li, Meelo and probobly Asami who was not elaborated enogh in book 2) for instince i would've had Desna and Eska have a fight where Desna went good and Eska stayed bad
wait, i'm changing my vote here, inspired by thoyrn.... i would make each book into a full season, just like atla. that would also pretty much allow for most of the stuff mentioned above (better finales, character development, etc)
Personally I feel that the problem with Korra's finales is that you ahve these deep complex villains with collosal problems resolved in ways that don't make much sense. Republic City should still be in shambles after Season 1, that kind of tension doesn't just go away. And harmonic convergence? The entire planet should be in a political apocalpyse. Basically both of these issues needed to be entire series of their own, which is a shame as they are both such good concepts.
