Do you guys think Books 1 and 2 would have been better than they were if they each were 20 episodes rather than 12 and 14 respectively?Â

I would of changed several things of book 1. The deepness of the possible revolution and how further it could have gone, how do bloodbenders could take ones ability to bend,I didnt like very much personaly how Korra could airbend all of the sudden because before Tenzin always said she should be more spiritual and patient to be able and how it was introduced the love triangle.
In the second book they needed to make the characters breath a little and let them unify as friends, the romance between Korra and Mako as couple then show the preasures of a relatioship with an avatar, for me it made it kind of weird how she continusly being missled by adults and never learn the lesson even if it were your uncle, I would trust more my dad, and the end with her airbending.
For me in the first book they could have done it well with 2 book or more episodes.
The second book they should of done the whole series based on that idea.
(Maybe I have written some grammar mistakes if I did Im sorry. I am not a native english speaker)
when you said she should have trusted her dad over her uncle, i immediately though of zuko, lol.
Yeah, now it was the spiritual, knowledgeable uncle that was the bad guy. Him being slimmer than Tonraq gave it away instantly, though. Â ; )
even though tonraq wasn't fat, he was just had a very muscular build.
i guess that's what unalaq gets for sitting around and meditating all the time.
Well, movies can get a story done in a very short time frame. I'd imagine that shows can do the same thing. Just depends on the writing, the teams involved, the actors, and so on.
I pretty much agree with what TANC said, though I don't think the first two are bad, just rushed and busy.
