Lee[]
Is Lee her last name, I can't seem to tell, I have known two people who had Ty as their first name in my life so I assume its an actual name. I ask because Toph's page says her and her parents are the only characters to have a last name... felinoel ~ (Talk) 23:57, 28 September 2008 (UTC)

Her friends call her Ty Lee all the time, and it seems a like an impersonal way for close friends to call her if it's her last name. I mean, no one in the Gaang calls Toph, Toph Bei Fong in casual conversation. I think Omnibender's right. Puragus - Talk 01:01, 29 September 2008 (UTC)

Well, my cousin's name is "Lillie", but her friends and I call her "Lil". She has a short name already, but we make it even shorter.
It just seems unusual to me that close friends would call each other by their first and last names, and not just their first names. I mean, I've never seen that happen, except occasionally when they're joking around. In fact, I wonder why they don't just call her "Ty", even if "Lee isn't her last name, if they're so close. Eyes[]

Green? Green eyes happen only in Earth Kingdom people. About Ty Lee, it's the same thing with Aang's eyes and hair, depending on the lighting, the color can change a lot, but we've checked, and when there's the least interference, her eyes are gray. Kyoshi Warrior Image[]

- This cluttering thing we all have a problem about can be easily fixed if we do this really smart thing: make every image just the preferred size. Honestly, wikia image policy does denote this, and some browsers might find images appear too wide (I, for one, would much rather use normal size). Abilities Pic[]
Can we change that pic to one of Ty Lee doing some Chi Blocking, rather than just her running on a wire? it seems lke that's her more distinctive ability, and is more recognizable as her own ability (I think I've seen Aang doing some wire-walking a couple of times, but I've never seen anyone else block Chi). I actually strongly agree with Vaznock, the first sentence of the article describes her as "cheerful and energetic" but she looks almost devious and Azula-ish in that picture. I know characters are multi-dimensional but I think there are better pictures out there. Liebling 01:22, 17 June 2009 (UTC)

- I just stumbled upon my old arguments here, and I think I'll go back to them. The image, for one, is very close-up compared to the other main/major character images. And, as said before, the current image of her almost portrays her as being sneaky and villainous; it's like using an image of Azula smiling for her profile picture. VG Reference[]
I am surprised this hasn't made it onto the trivia yet: The scene in "The Guru" when Katara realizes that Azula, Ty Lee and Mai are Kyoshi Warriors in disguise, the way Ty Lee handles being undercover and discovered is done in the same manner when Cammy White assassinates Albert Sellers in the Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie. Both women are in disguised, discovered and uses their superior acrobatic skill to eliminate the exposure by performing a hand stand on their opponent and throttles after the act is done while landing on their feet. The only difference is Cammy dislocates Seller's neck, making her blow lethal, while Ty Lee merely severs Katara's bending. Is this good enough to add to her trivia?

I'm really neat-freakish when it comes to quotes, but I really think the quote needs to be changed. The quotes are supposed to represent the character, and Ty Lee's personality isn't usually that serious. I think it should be something more like, "Look at that dust cloud. It's so...poofy!" This is just my two cents.
