Iroh on Team Avatar?

Could Iroh be considered to be part of Team Avatar, or at least a temporary member? He did functionally act like a member in the latter part of "Skeletons in the Closet" and much of "Endgame", and it's not like Team Avatar is an entirely formal group where membership needs to be declared. Maybe as a temporary member like the Gaang often had during their run, but not full-time member.Fire Eater (wallcontribs) 18:54, October 9, 2012 (UTC)

He would definitely not be a full on member. Iroh's participation to TLoK Team Avatar can be compared to Smellerbee's participation to ATLA's Team Avatar: they worked together, but only out of necessity. Iroh is the general of the United Forces, and as such the two groups are allies. However, due to Iroh's fleet being destroyed, he was left alone, with no one else to turn to than Team Avatar. So temporary, could be. Full on member, no. Lady Lostris vstf (talkHotN) 22:57, October 9, 2012 (UTC)

New Article Name

I think it should be called "New Team Avatar."Ibrahim77 (wallcontribs) 19:41, November 24, 2013 (UTC)

The article was just recently renamed to its current name after consensus in the War Room. A new forum for renaming the article would require new insight into why the name should be changed to be valid. HAMMEROFTHOR 19:51, November 24, 2013 (UTC)

Varrick as a member?

How about Varrick? At least in Book 4... "Be water my friend." - Bruce Lee 23:06, January 4, 2015 (UTC)

Revoking of {{DISPLAYTITLE}}

I suggest we revoke the {{DISPLAYTITLE}} magic word and add a (Aang) to the original Team Avatar's article. Lukas Exemplar (wallcontribs) 22:23, August 31, 2018 (UTC)

I don't see the point of that move? It would make it necessary for use to change hundreds of links to pipe-links and serves no further purpose. Lady Lostris vstf (talkHotN) 23:30, September 1, 2018 (UTC)
