[edit] Nationality

Why is part of his Nationality the Southern Air Temple? Air Nomads were nomadic, and that means they wouldn't stay in just one place and settle down, so I don't see how he is from the Southern Air Temple, unless he was born there, but I don't remember anywhere saying where he was born Felinoel 23:50, 29 June 2008 (UTC)

Haha good point. I've never thought of that. Lord Momo 23:51, 29 June 2008 (UTC)

Southern Air Temple was for some reason returned after I took it out...? Felinoel 03:17, 30 June 2008 (UTC)

I feel the Southern Air Temple should be on there. Every time we see him in a flashback, that's where he is. He was one of the head monks there. He's highly affiliated the temple, and it was probably his home at least some of the time.Puragus 03:21, 30 June 2008 (UTC)

But he is a nomad Felinoel 03:24, 30 June 2008 (UTC)

Yes, his culture is called "Air Nomads", but he's one of the five guys who run the place. If that doesn't make him affiliated enough to warrant a mention on his page, in that section, I don't know what does. I'm sure for much of his life he was wandering around the world, but if he was a Head Monk, he was probably a permanent resident for at least some of his life.

How can you be sure in all of those flashbacks they are in the same temple, for that matter how can you tell all those flashbacks aren't all relatively close to each other during a small period of time when they were just at one temple?Felinoel 03:32, 30 June 2008 (UTC)
Where does it say he was one of the five guys who runs the Southern Air Temple? I was sure he was just one of the five guys in relative charge of their people Felinoel 03:32, 30 June 2008 (UTC)
Plus, I am pretty sure his "culture is called Air Nomads" for a reason Felinoel 03:33, 30 June 2008 (UTC)

Like I said, he probably was nomadic for much of his life. But at some point, he was one of The Southern Air Temple's Head Monks. It says on the Air Nomad page that each temple was run by a council of five Monks/Sisters, and it was shown in The Southern Air Temple episode that Gyatso was one of the ones in charge of the Southern Temple. I don't see how he could have done that job unless he was living there.Puragus 03:47, 30 June 2008 (UTC)

Interesting, I must have missed that, although one can be stationed in one place and still retain nomadicness, but since he was stationed there I guess his nationality might work as being Southern Air Temple... so what do you think of my change to his weapon of choice though? Felinoel 03:54, 30 June 2008 (UTC)
Awww Omnibender took off fruit pies as one of his weapons of choice T^T Felinoel 21:48, 30 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Enemies

Sozin and Gyatso didn't meet(at least not on screen), and since Sozin didn't kill the Air Nomads until Roku was dead, then it would be like 60 years after Roku would be 16 (he was at school) so we have no evidence that they met while Gyatso was alive. Thanks. Joey - Talk 04:54, 23 September 2008 (UTC)

I don't think I understand why you think he was dead before they could have met felinoel ~ (Talk) 06:04, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
