Biographical information

Gabriel began doing commercial work at a young age, and played Marisol in the short film Welfare to Love. Her second movie, The Spirit, in which she played a younger character named Sand, was released in 2008, and she later appeared in the 2011 film Honey 2.

In television, Gabriel co-stars in the popular TNT sci-fi series Falling Skies, produced by Steven Spielberg. She has also guest starred in the comedy-drama series Weeds and Zoey 101, and appeared in an episode of Miami Medical. When she is not working, Gabriel enjoys playing the guitar and piano.

Trivia

  • Gabriel originally auditioned for the role of Katara in The Last Airbender, but subsequently lost out to Nicola Peltz. About six months later, she was called back to audition for Princess Yue and was offered the role four months after that.[3]
