A roadside kiosk, located in the upper Northwestern region of the Earth Kingdom, was built by the Earth Kingdom to facilitate the passing along of messages by citizens. It is like a large bulletin board. It is one of thousands of kiosks planted all around the Earth Kingdom.
During The War, the Fire Nation occupied the area, using the kiosk for their own purposes. They posted a variety of information on the kiosk from festival flyers to wanted posters, including Aang's, Jeong Jeong's and Chey's. With the end of the War, it is likely that the Fire Nation have withdrawn from the area and that the kiosk is no longer used by them.
