The Quarry Campsite is located in the Southern Earth Kingdom, and is a true Earthbender's paradise. Large, geological formations surround the quarry; given that there are no signs of mining facilities, one can assume that all valuble minerals have long since been removed and the quarry has been abandoned. Inside, sheer cliffs and multi-tiered terraces make up this unique place. Various types of rocks, boulders and sand are scattered throughout the quarry. The middle of the quarry is flat and makes the perfect place to camp, although the rock-hard ground is a little uncomfortable to sleep on. Surrounding the quarry is a small forest where various wild Earth Kingdom animals live, including the Saber-tooth Moose-Lion.
The quarry is where Toph began teaching Aang Earthbending.
