Just notifying you of my formal resignation (three years in the waiting hehe) from the FFF. Was fun while it lasted but I'm sadly too busy to be a member anymore. I went ahead and removed @ATLA and @Duke since, like me, it's clear they haven't been round here interviewing either for a similar length of time and rules state 2 months of inactivity equates to loss of membership. Was surprised to find you still had us on the roster ahah.
I also went and updated the appropriate sections too, making you the sole Fanon Fact Finder remaining. Whether you want to recruit new members, if it is even worth it, is up to you; you've got free rein now (officially, though you've had it de facto for years :D)
Good luck pal, but it's clear to me you've been doing a fine job in my absence, if not there then elsewhere :)
I'd like to apologize for not replying sooner, this week was a bit hectic with exams and whatnot. Anyway, yeah I assumed none of the FFF were coming back, though in the past three years there hasn't been a single request for an interview, so I haven't moved anything around at all lol.
Thanks for helping me out with the cleanup, though. If you ever find the time to come back you're more than welcome, but I don't see many people asking for interviews anytime soon.
It's sweet pal. I doubt I'd have the time to read any new fanons now (certainly not full/long ones). I may return one day, if my busy life eases up, we'll see ahah.
I'll keep that in mind though. If ever writers do flock to the page again, which the new animated series may spur on, feel free to drop me a message and I'll let you know if I'm able to take on some interviews.
Until then, keep doing what you're doing (thumbs up).
Hey Tono555! Never been acqauinted with you, but I'm Henry. While I haven't been active in years, I was once very involved on this wikia. It's nice to meet you!
I messaged my old friend Lady Lostris about this earlier today - but basically I'm setting up a wikia of my own to detail the world I am building for my novel project. I want it to look nice, with sliding galleries and infoboxes and the lot, but am not really sure how to go about doing that. Coding is not one of my areas of expertise. LL referenced you to me, saying that you're part of the Wikia Vanguard team and might be able to help.
Basically, I want to know how to implement the tools needed for building infoboxes and other similar modifications and transferring coding from this wikia, since I have accessible infoboxes, to my own wikia. I'll attach it here for simplicity - it's called The World of Runora .
I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks so much for helping out!
I'll do some work visualizing and stuff, provide you with examples from here, and then get back to you. I'm gonna be out of town all next week so I'm not sure how often I'll be on this but I'll definitely keep in touch.
Not Tono, but it's simple: if we start making categories for everything related to an article, you'll never stop. Catergories exist to make navigation between related articles easier, not to make links to anything remotely connected to it. That's why we have the policy of putting new categories through a War Room discussion before we acually implement it here. Also, a lot of the time, categories can be a little ambiguous. Easy example: we don't have a category for villains or antagonists, because so many characters are both good guys and bad guys at the same time. It wouldn't really add much to being an easy way to navigate the wiki. Same goes for airbending and spirituality. We don't even really know how the heredity of bending works, is it spiritual, is it genetic, is it both, who knows. Adding it is not much of a benefit here.
