We haven't spoken in awhile; hopefully everything is going well for you ^^ The latest issue of WLS has a poll going for the Yearly Interview and Moon Drops has been nominated. I'm very excited to have this opportunity! The other Fanons nominated are the Kyoshi Chronicles and Silent Hero in Emerald, so Moon Drops is definitely up against great competition and needs all the votes it can get! I would—of course—love to have your vote, but if not, then there are two other really excellent Fanons that could use your vote. So be sure to head on over there ^^
Ah yes, we all assumed you were inactive and now that TechFilmer made the copy/paste code my own username, I thought it would confuse the readers, and you wouldn't care because you were gone. If you want, I can put it back.
I like to keep everything equal. I will give you credit where credit is due of course! XD But it has been a while to where I have not seen you and things have probably changed a lot since you first started helping me with codes and stuff. I will make you my Original Editor, but chief is a title you need to earn back by being more involved in the fanon...like ARG is chief because he's always been helping. You have been gone for so long that you aren't even on the Subscribers list!!! O_o Does that make sense? I feel like this all sounds really bad! It isn't supposed to, just I cant just make you a chief when you've been a shadow for so long----its random. But you did help me out with codes back when I was a newer user, and of course I was wrong to think even if/when you had disbanned from the wiki, you wouldn't still be entitled to that rank. Sorry.
Please just link to the image instead of uploading it to the wiki. According to our image policy, images that are solely used on blogs, comments, and user pages get deleted -which is what happened to your image, sorry.
Oh no I started on it! LOL......it just isn't as "alike" as the other one! Haha----I'm torn between options for this character, especially on her outfit! Is there another angle of the image I can use to break my decision making down? =)
Yeah sure.... You do that, and I might just make a line-up so you can pick your favorite =)
Also, you can tell me their names for future reference, that way I can go to the wiki and find them myself. I found a chick with red hair, but I'm unfamiliar with the show on the wiki, so I wasn't sure if that was the right red head! XD
this is her image gallery, her name is Erza knightwalker from Fairy Tail, not to be confused with Erza Scarlet, also from Fairy Tail, who is her counterpart from another world
Well, I put the one I've had done on there....I don't think I'll have time to try out the other combinations, but You have the one! Same link as before!
Hey, OAN, could you please fix the link to the site where you found this image? I removed the previous one as it linked to that other image you've uploaded ^^". Thank you.
I have a story that I just thought up and while I could edit it around to add to one of the "shorter years" like maybe 6, 7, 8, or 9 of TYATHYW--------it would be easier to make it a one shot.
Pros/Cons to fanon- If I do add it to the fanon, I'll have to make numerous illustrations for it and it could take time, but all of my fans will see it on the fanon I am most known for.
Pros/Cons to One-Shot- If it's a one shot fanon, I think people enjoy reading those most, so I might get fresh fans that will link back to my other works, plus that is an award in the fanon awards so there could be a possible nomination (thinking optimistically). Cons would be the opposite. No one would ever read it and it was a waste of wiki fanon space that I should have just put on my fanon.
I don'tknow much about one shots, but I was just wondering which method of uploading the story I should do before I make more edits on this piece?
If it is possible for a one-shot, I think I would go for that one. I am never really a fan of editing chapters around to make something fit, especially not in your case when that means that you have to go tweaking one of your early chapters, and when it would be easier to just write it as a separate story.
Besides, you're a well-known author now, that means something as well. Look at the hype ARG's new fanon got before he had even posted a letter, just because he had written ES. I believe you will be able to benefit from your popularity from your long-story.
I think that you are right that a lot of people like to read one-shots more than they do long stories. Stupid example: Way more people read my one-shot A Minute, as opposed to my long-story Heiress of the Nile.
If you are afraid that less people will find it, then you can always advertise it on your more popular story and on your profile page or something, similar to what I've done on my own profile and the main page of HotN.
I think so...but I'm not sure what Kanji is... O_o
Is that not just the Parallel that we're on? I feel as though we should not talk of this outside of the email group, but that might just be paranoia...what do you mean exactly?
As one of our most esteemed fanon authors, with more than a numerous amount of subscribers, I'm very happy to inform you that you've been invited to try out the new Fanon Subscription Module! Its function is to quickly and easily hand out mass subscriptions to many different message walls with the click of a button. So, all that really remains to be seen is if you want to try it out or not. Thanks!
In the "Message List" box, place the list of users you want to send your subscription message to. The name of each user should be followed by a line break before the name of the next user within the list. Then, you just add your title and message on the right, preview if you want, and submit.
And...is there any way to make the same regular names reapear in like an automatic group setting? Or do I need to type them in every time?
Also...what shouls I specify on my Fanon main page? Should I say "Subscribe and await this Subscription Moduel link? Or should I keep it the way it is? Or even no link at all, and just say to Subscribe and put your name down?
I may introduce that as a feature when I get the time. Though, for now, you can type up the users in a list and save them, so whenever you have to use the module again, you just copy/paste the list.
You may put down whatever description you please. However, I must say that now you can keep all of your subs more or less updated via direct messaging - since you don't need to copy/paste to each message wall and all. So, it's yours to take advantage of.
For now, I'll give you the ok - do it for, lets say, your first 7 subscribers though, or it will flood Recent Changes a bit too much. Though to reiterate, when you use the module make sure the updates are related to the fanon and have news :p
Also, it comes with a few rules and regulations on the side, all of which can be found here - so go through them at some point.
Anyway, use it for all your messaging needs! For now, I will be improving the module, so in the near future, if you experience it not to be working, then it's probably me that's been tinkering with the insides ^^
Yea, there are quite a few big authors listed on the check-page. And you know what they say, simple is best!
One thing, I was fixing an instance of double categories on your main page, and the sort of the "A to Z (fanon)" category doesn't seem to be working. Take a look here and see if you can add it to the category.
EDIT: No matter, got it fixed. Anyway, you have a nice day!
