I don't think it would be possible to get all the information we have referenced. If it were, it would be a good idea. Sometimes they don't get a warning, if you see that someone just blanked an entire article, you block then, but if they keep changing an information, or adding something, I usually give two or three warnings, if the person is not usually on at the same time I am (timezones and all), I give a deadline for the person to stop, from a few days to a week.
