Captain Li was an elderly officer in the Fire Nation military under the command of Admiral Zhao.

History Edit

In early 100 ASC, Li was involved in the preparations for the Siege of the North. While he and the other officers discussed strategic ideas for their planned invasion of the Northern Water Tribe, Li impatiently suggested that the Fire Nation forces launch an immediate attack. Zhao then suggested that they should go about this tactfully, acknowledging that invading the Northern Tribe would not be as easy as invading a small Earth Kingdom village.^[1]
