Komodo Sausages are a traditional Fire Nation food made from the meat of the Komodo Rhino. After being cured, the sausages are soaked in brine for weeks and then stuffed with rice and a variety of spices before being smoked. Because of their portability, they are frequently served at picnics and sporting events. During the war, the traditional Fire Nation dish became a favorite of people in the Earth Kingdom due to its availability.
Little else is known, due to only brief mention, much like most other food items not enjoyed by a main character.
