Jeffrey Glenn "Jeff" Bennett is an American voice actor, listed "among the top names in the voice-over field", best known as the voice of Johnny Bravo in the series of the same name, Kowalski in the Nickelodeon series, The Penguins of Madagascar, and the current voice for Disney's Smee.

He voiced the Joker and other characters on Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Dorkus on Planet Sheen, Red Tornado on Young Justice, Keswick, Larry, and Ollie on T.U.F.F. Puppy, High-Five Ghost for the first season of Regular Show, Smee on Jake and the Never Land Pirates. He was awarded the Annie Award for Outstanding Individual Achievement for Voice Acting in a Television Production.
