Hing Wa Island is a tropical isle located within the Fire Nation archipelago. The island is known for its crop of ash bananas, a grayish fruit closely related to the yam. Hing Wa Island was an important supplier of the fruit for a merchant in Hama's village, from where he would send a boy out on a two-day trip to get them.^[1]
