Gilacorns (poisonous lizard) are equipped with a whimsical, yet deadly, unicorn horn. Only the diminutive version survives today. Known to be the nanny-goats of the desert, these things eat anything -- anything except Sour Beetles. Appa has an egg stolen from him by one of these in the Si Wong Desert during "Appa's Lost Days". They walk on their back legs like a basilisk lizard, that can also walk on the surface of the water.
