I know this topic was brought up earlier, but it was never really resolved. I believe that the armadillo lion seen in the zoo is actually a tigerdillo. I've been comparing the animal in question to various species of lions and tigers of both genders and the evidence points towards a tigerdillo rather than an armadillo lion. There are two key points that helped decide it. The first is the facial shape of the animal. The wider shape and tufts of hair on the side of the face are much more commonly seen on tigers than any species of lion. The second is the animal's paws. The wider shape and toes are more commonly seen on a tiger. I should also point out that the tigerdillo has actually been named in the show (meaning someone has actually said "tigerdillo") while the armadillo lion has not. I realize a lot of animals on here have not had their species directly named, I only bring it up due to the current controversy over this one. Also, the general overall look of the animal at the zoo resembles a tiger more than a lion. I am proposing that the information on the armadillo lion be moved onto the tigerdillo page and that the armadillo lion page be deleted.DancePowderer Talk 02:48, August 4, 2012 (UTC)
Dancerpowderer, I'm pretty sure that's an armadillo lion. HenryJh 98 (talk • Avatar:The Sole Woodbender • Fanon Detective!) 03:06, August 4, 2012 (UTC)

Like I said, after looking into it extensively, that doesn't seem to be the case. The physical features, when examined closely, point to a tiger more than they do a lion. And the tigerdillo has actually been named in the series, unlike the armadillo lion.DancePowderer Talk 05:45, August 4, 2012 (UTC)
Seems accurate, I vote yes!--Boomeraang Squad, always right back at ya. (wall • contribs) 15:09, August 8, 2012 (UTC)

No, it is not a tigerdillo, but a FEMALE armadillo lion.

Where was it said that it's a lion in the first place?DancePowderer Talk 19:15, August 8, 2012 (UTC)
