Honestly, I don't know why I didn't think of this earlier... Looking at the {{Cite episode}} template, I don't understand why we still have two separate templates. And I get the irony of my remark, since I made both of them. So, this preamble goes down to the following: we can have one appearances template ({{Appear}}) and it can work like the Cite episode by using a series parameter: {{Appear|1|101}} for A:TLA and {{Appear|2|101}} for LoK. ― Thailog 20:54, April 6, 2012 (UTC)

Please let me know if there are any objections to the name of the template being just "Appear". This will be the easiest bot script I'll ever do, but I don't want to run it twice. I want to be sure everyone's in agreement before I go through with it. ― Thailog 23:24, April 6, 2012 (UTC)

- Besides "The Promise", comics are not currently listed in appearances section, and I don't think we should this. It can be done so it only shows the Promise 1, 2, or/and 3. Dcasawang1 • wall 23:47, April 6, 2012 (UTC)

"Appear" is a good name for the template. Well, perhaps the comics should all be included. With the exception of New Recruits and Gym Time, the comics are all canon, so they should be included just like The Promise, ATLA or TLoK. --AvatarRokus Ghost (Message me • Read my fanon) 00:14, April 7, 2012 (UTC)

- I added the abbreviations that are used for the references. But are we really going to list them all in the appearance section? That seems a bit... redundant to me. I would restrict ourselves to the comics of which we have truly used some information and that have served the plot. So those would be GHA, ION, R, (SB,) B, P1 and P2.
- Or was the plan to just make a new title "Comics", and then list all the comics where that character appeared in? Lady Lostris /
