Fire Nation Man is an Earthbender who is a fighter in Earth Rumble VI. Although, it is contradicted by his name that he is not a real Fire Nation citizen and he is actually an Earthbender. His position is to merely taunt them.
He also shows a resemblence in his entrace to that of many "bad guy" foreign wrestlers, most notably Nikolai Volkoff.

Fire Nation Man is a contestant in Earth Rumble VI. He carries a Fire Nation flag, wears a red cape, and sports a stereotypical Fire Nation hairstyle, he resembles Admiral Zhao. Fire Nation Man speaks with a thick accent and his gimmick for the tournament. Even though his name is "Fire Nation" Man, he is really an Earthbending fighter, and according to DVD commentary, an immigrant from the desert. He acts like a Fire Nation citizen and gets easily defeated just for show. In Earth Rumble VI, he is quickly defeated by The Boulder in the tournament. When all of the Earth Rumble fighters kidnapped Toph, Fire Nation Man gets defeated almost effortlessly by her.
