Fire Lily

From Avatar Wiki, the Avatar: The Last Airbender database

The fire lily is a famously beautiful flower which grows in the meadows of the Fire Nation. The vibrant red blossoms of this hardy perennial flower bloom just a few weeks every year (around August), sparking a wealth of "Fire Lily Festivals" throughout the Fire Nation. The exquisite flowers are a symbol of fiery passion, and are a favorite subject of Fire Nation poets and artists. The flower carries a similar connotation to the panda lily in the Earth Kingdom.

In The Puppetmaster, Hama stated that fire lilies are her favorite part about living in the Fire Nation, before removing the water from them.
