The Kennedy/Marshall Company is an American film-production company, based in Santa Monica, California, and owned by Frank Marshall,[1] which assisted in the production of The Last Airbender.

The Kennedy/Marshall Company was founded in 1991 by Kathleen Kennedy and her husband, Frank Marshall, who both had left Steven Spielberg's Amblin Entertainment to form their own production company. The Marshalls have since produced over forty films and been nominated for five Academy Awards and one Emmy Award. Beyond working in film, the company also produces documentaries, digital media, broadcast media, and stage plays.[1]

It currently has contracts with Paramount Pictures, Spyglass Entertainment, Universal Pictures and the Walt Disney Motion Pictures Group.
