The Kennedy/Marshall Company is an American film-production company, based in Santa Monica, California, and owned by Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall, who are married.

It currently has contracts with Paramount Pictures, Spyglass Entertainment, Universal Pictures and the Walt Disney Motion Pictures Group.
