Conrad Buff (born July 8, 1948 in Los Angeles County, California, USA), is an American film editor with more than twenty-five film credits since 1985, and the editor of The Last Airbender. Buff won an Academy Award for Film Editing and an ACE Eddie Award for Titanic (1997); the awards were shared with his co-editors James Cameron and Richard A. Harris. He won the 2000 Satellite Award for Best Editing for Thirteen Days. He also worked on other notable films such as Return of the Jedi, Ghostbusters, and Terminator 2: Judgement Day.
Buff's full name is Conrad Buff IV. He was born to the architect Conrad Buff III and is the grandson of the painter Conrad Buff II. He attended Pasadena City College for two years before joining the US Navy.
