Manuel Rodriguez, also known as Sifu Manny, was the uncredited martial arts coordinator for Toph Beifong on Avatar: The Last Airbender, together with his son, Joshua Murphy Rodriguez. He is one of the world's only masters of the rare martial arts form known as Chu Gar Southern Praying Mantis, and has been called "close to one of the best fighters in the world".[1] Sifu Manny was used as an example to help the animators draw Toph's movements, which were based on the Chu Gar style.
