Yume was a young female Earthbender who met and accompanied Ai.
History
Background
Yume was born and raised in a large town in the western Earth Kingdom. She lost her mother when she was still young and since then had ever waning relations with her father and older brother. In order to help her family survive, she worked as an entertainer and server in one of the towns private establishments.
Meeting Ai
Somewhere in 3 AG, Yume met Ai and left behind her life to accompany him and the Shimai Sisters on their journey. She got romantically involved with Ai during their travels.
Ai's Death
After Ai passed away, she, Omaku, and Oji kept travelling together across the Earth Kingdom.
Trivia
- Yume means "dream" in Japanese.
- Yume's name shares a meaning with Sapana, Ai's former love interest.
