Wang Chao is the ruler of Kisah. After rising to power through a popular vote in 94 BG, he appointed his son, Zhang, to be the city's governor. This established his family, the ruthless Angkaras, as a dynasty.
Wang Chao is arrogant and cruel. He shows no mercy towards his subjects if he suspects even the slightest amount of disloyalty.
In 94 BG, Wang Chao was elected king of Kisah.

- Wang Chao's personality reflects that of Pope Alexander VI, otherwise known as Roderic de Borgia.
