Toroon is a fast-moving, small Voronon that had been found within the ruins of King Umbra's Palace tomb. Its appearance resembles that of a giant bat.
History[]
Toroon was created before the Avatar existed by the Shadow Nation in order to protect and follow their commands. When the Voronon and Shadow Nation were being wiped out, Toroon was put in suspended animation within King Umbra's crypt.
It remained within the crypt until many years later, when Asami Sato ordered it to rise once more, causing it to fly out and attack everyone there. Toroon freed Kuvira and Asami from their restraints and awaited their orders while Team Avatar tried to come to terms. In the end, Toroon charged forward and took battle with them. Toroon proved to be a good fight and fought against many members of Team Avatar, unaffected by lightning and only slightly by lava, but it never gave up in its fight against Team Avatar. During the fight, it had its back deeply burned when Kai pinned it down, and Bolin turned the floor into lava to burn it. Eventually, Toroon tried to attack Korra again but ended up getting its inner throat deeply scorched by a fireball, killing it as a result.
Abilities[]
Endurance[]
Toroon is shown to be highly resilient, able to brush off lightning and lava attacks with little to no effort, despite its body being covered in fur.
Trivia[]
- Toroon was brought out upon direct command from Asami, unlike the other Voronon, which became active on their own will.
