The Observer is an assassin soundbender who apparently is from the same guild as combustion man.
Personality[]
As an assassin, he is a silent killer, known for never giving away anything and always getting the job done. He never speaks, not even to his employer. When working as a spy however, he will relay information via soundbending by replaying caught vocal conversations (similar to a tape recorder).
As a normal Earth Kingdom citizen he goes by his birth name, Shein Makan (pronounced Shine Makan), and is very kind. He helps run his family tea house/hotel in the Earth Kingdom.
Appearance[]
As The Observer, he wears a modified Fire Nation soldier uniform from the Hundred Year War. It is dark blue and purple, with the face piece being made of black one-way glass. Underneath his shoulder pads are wheels of metal wire that are used as extra limbs. It is unknown if he is a metalbender or if they are just new technology. The former is far more likely. He also has metal "wings" on his back that generate vibrations, which he manipulates to travel at the speed of sound.
As Shein, he wears traditional Earth Kingdom clothes. A green robe and pants with gold trim. He has long maroon hair and light blue eyes. He is very thin, which is surprising seeing how much he eats.
Powers[]
Soundbending[]
His main weapon is soundbending. It is very useful for both offense and spying. When working as a spy, he will relay information via soundbending by replaying caught vocal conversations (similar to a tape recorder). He can also attack using very powerful soundwaves to injure his opponents.
Pets[]
Lazarklyuve[]
Lazarklyuve is the observer's pet raven hawk. it has a black head of a raven and the maroon body of a hawk. It has a 4 foot wing span and is a firebender.
