The Merry Adventures of Taketoki is a fan fiction by Jall. It takes place in the Fire Nation during the time of Yangchen's predecessor. It tells the tale of a young Fire Nation man named Taketoki who openly opposes the tight-fisted official Washizu.

CharactersEdit

Taketoki: The trickster Hero.

Asaji: Taketoki's love interest.

Washizu: The Villain of the story, a cowardly schemer with great intelligence who does not like Taketoki's trickery.

Yoshiaki: The Fire Lord at the beginning of the story.

Miki: Taketoki's best friend and a fellow trickster.

Kuniharu: Taketoki's cousin. While he's not much of a trickster, Kuniharu is witty in his own right.

Tsuzuki: A friend of Taketoki, Miki and Kuniharu. Unlike his friends, Tsuzuki has little wit and has no trickster qualities in him.

Yoshiteru: Yoshiaki's younger brother and the Fire Lord after him.

Kaede: Washizu's mother. She was a notorious witch.
