Kimiko's History
Not much is known about Spirit Leader Kimiko. We do know that she was around during the unnamed Earth Kingdom Avatar. In the history written in the Valley of Relics, we find that Kimiko fought in many wars and helped the Avatar in battle. We know she was a skilled firebender that could take down an entire army in one move, making her the number 1 firebender in the world, even above the Avatar.
Kimiko's life
We know from the Valley of Relics' records that Kimiko was born on the Fire Nation's Ember Island, where she grew up and eventually left for training. We also know that she and the Avatar were close friends; there is even a story of the possibility that the Avatar and the Spirit Leader were married and had children. Although lost to history, we may never know the real truth to this amazing leader's love life. We do know that she was related to the Royal Family somehow, and made multiple visits to the Earth Kingdom in order to obtain peace. We know she traveled the world as a peace guru and made multiple visits to all nations of the world on behalf of the Avatar. Throughout history, the Spirit Leader has been there, but Kimiko is how far back we can really trace the Spirit leader by name.
