General Raiku is a General in the Phoenix Islands Army.

History Edit

Raiku, was always a simple person. He grew up in a small town, in the Phoenix Islands, and like his forefathers joined the Army. When the Phoenix King took power, he saw his chance, and helped him rebel, and was appointed General and Military Adviser for his "services". He went under cover in the Fire Nation, where he met General Hoshizu, who helped him provide plans to his government. He was originally supposed to lead the Phoenix Island Front of Operation Eternity, but he was taken hostage by Team Strike. Hoshizu helped him escape, but Raiku felt that he couldn't go and let his friend run. Though captured, he somehow got away from the grasp of the Fire Nation Prison, and ran into the woods. There he witnessed the Avatar State. His current status is unknown, though it is likely he rejoined his Phoenix Island Fleet.
