Ambassador of the Northern Water Tribe

Not much is known of Naatok, other than he is the ambassador of the Northern Water Tribe. He was introduced in chapter 18, when Cupun's adviser was ordered to find the ambassador. Naartok, arrived in the middle of the meeting at the war room. He was instructed to take a crew of naval soldiers to the eastern Earth Kingdom, and travel to Ba Sing Se to speak with .
These meetings will be peace meetings, that the ambassador would meet with the Earth King himself, and try to prove evidence that they have discovered throughout the war. Months and years will continue on as the war progresses on.
Later, the Earth King will end up being fed up of Naartok's evidence and will kick him out of the palace. The only way to settle it is for the battle of the history where the Earth Kingdom will show up victorious.
Meeting with Qiang Zhen
Naartok, was born a waterbender although it is not shown this late in Book 2 but he will use his abilities in the coming chapters of Book 3. It is known that Naartok, knows his fair share of techniques enough to fend for himself and to help him survive traveling to Ba Sing Se.
Being an ambassador, Naartok, had studied in diplomacy school in the Northern Water Tribe. Learning the laws of diplomacy, and other things of importance. It is hard not to make a peace treaty with the Northern Water Tribe is it not?
