Meiyou is a very powerful swordsman that has one goal help the leader of The Sediao unleash beast.

History[]
It is unknown where a warrior of this power was born what is known is that he is loyal to the cause of The Sediao and will do everything in his power to accomplish that goal
Personality[]
persona is one of cold ruthlessness. He is uncaring, having no sympathy for anyone but himself speaks with calmness and deep authority, He has a tendency to be overly melodramatic making long-winded speeches, exaggerating his false rage and sorrow with wide sweeping arm movements and hand gestures, like many villains. While ridiculous in nature, his exaggerations are representations of his lack of emotion, He is incredibly powerful, both physically and mentally. He is convinced his power surpasses anyone else. The only emotion that he shows is admiration for the zeroth and first rank and determination for the plan.
Appearance[]
He has his distinctive long, bleach blond hair with long bangs that frame his face, He wears a long black coat that flares out behind him and has a tattered appearance. The linings of his coat are red with silver pauldrons, black boots and black belt is ornate and decorated with beads, he wears a bracelet with similar beads on his right wrist underneath his coat are white and lavender sashes, He wears black pants and knee-high boots of the same color, with two grey belts wrapped around each bound around his waist
Abilities & Equipment[]
A nodachi with an odd blunt tip in place of a sharp point he calls the Masamune which he uses despite its size with little trouble. He can also shadowbend which allows him to manipulate shadows around him to grab, whip, or trick people, He can also use it to make any room he's in darker as a scare tactic for his enemies
